It started with 2 glasses of water,1/2 boiled egg and 1/2 banana, followed by 1 hour of circuit weight training. After the workout I ate the remaining halves. Coffee on the way to work at 10 am with 1/4 c. 2% milk. @ 10:45 training sessions begin. Two sessions, then an apple. Two more sessions then 1/2 of my ground turkey breast taco-seasoned salad, with 0fat refried beans. Two more sessions-the other half of the salad. One last session, then onward to home. Last meal of the nite is my lean healthy cow steak and a white baked potato with 0fat greek plain yogurt. Now, as I sit and watch AI, I will have my Good Earth tea with 3 medjool dates. About 1850 cals for the day. Macro % are about 37% Protein, 43 % carbs, 20 % fat. Just the way Ilike it when I am really working toward leaning out!

Cindy I tried your Good Earth Tea and it is very good, just the sweetness I need at night. I am eating lots of plain food, am wondering if that might get a little boring, but am doing good!

Waking up to Friday and getting ready for a trip. Have learned to take some fruit and nuts and think positive about traveling and food. Linda

I tried the Greek yogurt this morning and what a difference. Will need to stock up. I bought a small ‘test’ container.
Will be going out to dinner to night and am a little concerned about my choices. Don’t know where to, yet. Family is in town, for Cindy it’s wife #3 he is married to #5, I needed to say yes to dinner out for PC (politely correct reasons)

Kathy…I knew you would like it, it’s nice and creamy, hmmmm…. Last night I went to Sheri’s with friends, and ordered a spinach, mushroom omelette, and asked for egg beaters, not 3 eggs, 1/2 pepperjack cheese they were gonna stuff inside, and no cheddar on top….And a baked potato with avocado on the side instead of hash browns. See…ya just gotta be a pest…go ahead and blame it on me, tell them your trainer might Food Narc you!

BTW–where can I get a big container of Greek yogurt?
Is rice on the plan??? I have some Far East long grain & wild rice. The first ingredient is parboiled long grain rice.

Brown whole grain rice is OK. Kashi has a 7 grain pilaf with a mix of grains. Huckleberrys should have a large container of yogurt, the one in Fred Meyer or the store itself. I’ve found some brands at WalMart superstore, and at Safeway, I think.
